Why is creating fine foam so important? Fine foam traps the amazing flavour of matcha and enhances its aroma when you sip. It also makes the matcha creamier and more visually appealing.
CARE NOTE 1. Soak whisk’s prongs for about 1 minute in hot water before each use to make them flexible and prevent from breaking. 2. Rinse the whisk’s prongs by pouring water cover them. Avoid using soap. 3. Gently shake off the remaining water and air dry.
